What is the most effective way to complain about customer service at a major drug store?

I use the photo printing equipment at a local store. The equipment is not well maintained, but it is still better than that used at competitors' stores.

I've tried writing letters to the store manager, giving poor ratings to an on-line customer service survey, and none of it has done any good.

Any ideas? Legal of course.

Go to the drug store and stand by the cash register where there are other customers paying for their goods and politely ask to see the manager, when he or she arrives you will be able to speak to them whilst having an audience of their own customers. You will get the response you desire as they will be under pressure to perform well. good luck
